Born and raised in Germany, Melani relocated to the United States in 2008, and is fluent in English and German. With a bachelor's degree in event management & communications and nearly 20 years of experience in the advertising, event marketing, and real estate industry, Melani has developed outstanding transaction management and customer service skills.
Melani started her real estate career as Executive Assistant to Coldwell Banker Premiers Agent Joyce Rey in Los Angeles, who works with famous A-listers across the world.
Upon moving to Atlanta/Georgia and ultimately to Jacksonville/Florida, Melani expanded her experience as Closing Coordinator and Sales Partner for top teams in the residential market as well as one of the largest privately owned builders in North America. Having processed over 1,000 real estate sales contracts within the first couple of years of her real estate career, Melani has attained exceptional knowledge of the industry, expert customer service skills, and superb negotiation techniques.
Melani is a licensed Realtor® in Florida and goes above and beyond to provide stellar customer service - helping agents bring every transaction to a smooth closing.

Anna is a native of the land of great warriors, Sparta. She moved to St. Augustine, Florida in 2022 and implements the Spartan heritage of strategy and discipline into every Real Estate transaction.
With a master's degree in Public Administration and having worked for 20 years at a University administration, she is capable of closing every transaction smoothly.
Additionally, her 4-year experience in a Quality Assurance Unit along with her research in systemic project management can guarantee every transaction's success from initiation to closing.
Anna focuses on results and brings out the best outcome. She has been effectively working as Realtors' assistant and TC for more than 2 years. She is fluent in Greek and English.
